SKY gift terms & conditions

The redemption is valid for the entire SKY express network (domestic and international).
The SKY gift expires 12 months after its purchase date (i.e. the corresponding trip should be carried out within those 12 months).
The gift may be redeemed only via skyexpress.gr.
The SKY gift may be used for the whole ticket, including additional services and airport taxes. Prerequisite is that these services should be added in the course of ticket booking. Moreover, it is possible that it is used for all passengers of a reservation provided that one of them is the gift recipient.
Exempted from the SKY gift redemption are car rental and hotel accommodation services.
Should there be a remaining balance following the first SKY gift flight redemption, it can be used in a future booking within the initial 12-month validity.
If there is a remaining balance that hasn’t been used within the SKY gift validity period, then it is forfeited and is non-refundable.
In case of ticket cancellation that has been issued using SKY gift, the amount paid will be refunded using the corresponding payment methods used to issue the initial ticket.
When a new gift voucher is issued, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
With the SKY gift purchase, invoice issuance is not available.
