Reservation change: Change of date and/or flight are free of charge within the same fare type + fare difference (charged if applicable).

Cancellation: In case of cancellation, only airport taxes are refunded.

No-Show: In case of no-show at the airport, no change in the ticket is allowed and only airport taxes are refunded.

Same-Day flight Change: You can get entirely free-of-charge re-accommodation on an earlier flight on the same route as the one originally booked, by arriving at the airport at least 45 minutes prior to the departure of your new flight. Our agents at the check-in counters will make the change automatically based on the new flight’s availability. Changes cannot be performed online or via our Call Center. This service is valid ONLY for flight changes on the same day of travelling.

There is no discount for children on the following fares: JHEJOY, KHEJOY, PHEJOY, SHEJOY, THEJOY, UHEJOY, VHEJOY, XEJOY, JLEJOY, KLEJOY, PLEJOY, SLEJOY, TLEJOY, ULEJOY, VLEJOY.

Discounts for infants: Infants (0-2 years old) travel on their parent’s lap and get a 90% discount on the adult fare.

Service fee: Reservations made via SKY express’s Call Center or our airport offices, have a 10€ service fee. This fee is applied per person for each reservation.
