Important notice regarding the cancellation of the flight schedule on February 28, 2025, due to the strike of Air Traffic Controllers.

Due to the participation of the Air Traffic Controllers of Greece in the 24-hour panhellenic strike on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 00:01 to 24:00 local time, SKY express is obliged to cancel all scheduled flights, both domestic and international.

Passengers with bookings for flights on February 28, 2025, may choose from the following options:

A. Free ticket change to a new travel date, valid until December 31, 2025,

1. Go to www.skyexpress.com and select MY BOOKING.
2. Fill in your booking reference and last name.
3. Choose CHANGE FLIGHT (as seen below):
4. Then choose the new preferred flight date until 31-12-2025.
5. Select the new preferred flight as well as the same fare type. Please keep in mind that you must select the same fare type as you had in your original booking to maintain the same services. If there is no availability, please select the next available fare class.
6. Finally select CONFIRM & SAVE CHANGES.

B. Booking cancellation and refund of the corresponding ticket value.

1. Go to www.skyexpress.com and select MY BOOKING.
2. Fill in your booking reference and last name.
3. Choose CANCEL RESERVATION.
4. Finally select SAVE CHANGES.

C. Booking cancellation and issuance of a credit Voucher, corresponding to the amount of the ticket, with a duration of 12 months, by sending an email to flightchange@skyexpress.com

Regarding the available options A and B, all selections must be made strictly by February 28, 2025.

Passengers of the affected flights will be informed in detail about all steps of the procedure either directly by SKY express via e-mail, or through the travel agencies from which they issued their tickets.

It is noted that flights GQ650 (LCA-SKG) and GQ651 (SKG-LCA) that were originally scheduled for 28/02/2025 will not be canceled but will be rescheduled with a new departure time.
